For students graduating 3rd-5th grade in ’24-‘25 school year (curriculum ranges 5th-7th grade)

In this week-long summer course, students will explore the eight planets and stars in our solar system through engaging lessons and activities. They will dive deep into the unique characteristics of each celestial body, learning how they interact within the solar system. Using their newfound knowledge, students will design a fictional exoplanet that orbits a distant star and imagine its features, environment, and potential for life. The course culminates with students creating a travel brochure or website to showcase their exoplanet as an exciting destination for interstellar travelers!
Prereq’s: Students should be at or above grade level in reading and writing skills.
